What You Need to Know About 3 Popular Herbs For Natural Breast Enhancement
The majority of women in the United States are either an “A” cup or a “B” cup breast size. And while many are perfectly satisfied with their bust size, there are millions who are looking for a way to increase it. The problem is, many women do not know all their options, nor do they know what options are effective, and what the possible side effects of each choice could be.
One obvious option is breast implants, and although this is universally effective at increasing bust size, it is not the universally desired option! First of all, there are risks associated with any surgery. There is also the fact that breast implants are artificial, and rarely have the exact look or feel of a natural breast. Finally, there is the cost, and a bargain boob job is not what most women are looking for. With plastic surgery as with most other services, you get what you pay for.
So, here is a review of several popular natural breast enhancers, their effectiveness, and their possible side effects.
Fennel: Fennel is known as one of several “female herbs” because it works primarily on the female hormonal system. It has been used to increase sex drive, breast milk production, and breast size. Although no controlled human studies have been conducted, there have been animal studies that have concluded fennel can increase breast tissue density. A study done in rats has shown that after 10 days, female rats breast tissue was heavier than before taking fennel. Also, fennel is a herb which labs can artificially produce female hormones from… so this may be an herb that works for breast enhancement.
Hops: Another popular herb used for breast enlargement is hops. Hops is most commonly used in brewing beer, and there have been two controlled human studies that have demonstrated hops can increase female hormone levels in the blood. Since it is female hormones that spur breast growth, it is known that increasing female hormones CAN increase bust size…but not in all women at all times. This herb is particularly effective for women who currently take birth control, or women over the age of 35 with one or more children. Hops can be a problem herb for people with depression, or who are prone to depression. Drowsiness is another possible side effect.
Fenugreek seeds: This herb has been used for hundreds of years in India by women to increase breast size. And, although there is a compound found in fenugreek that can increase estrogen levels… this compound is probably broken down during digestion, and never is able to stimulate estrogen levels. Furthermore, it is unsafe to take more than 5,000 mg of fenugreek per day, but it is probably necessary to take at least 3,000 mg to achieve any effect. And last, there have been no controlled human trials that have shown fenugreek does anything to increase breast size. Probably a good idea to just leave this herb out of your mind for increasing bust size.
Although these are three of the most popular herbs for breast enlargement, it is still necessary to talk to a doctor before taking any of these for any medicinal reason. And keep in mind none of these are magic bullets…IF they provide any change at all, it is generally less than a full cup size difference.
